In this episode of SpiritPhys Health. Rabbi Steve introduces the concept of combining physical exercise with a spiritual mindset. He shows how you can do this with just any “ordinary” exercise, such as walking, running, swimming, biking, etc by using intention, prayer and/or meditation, before, during & after the exercise. He also begins the discussion of exercises that are designed to be spiritual. These include Yoga, Tai Chi, other martial arts and qigong (chi kung).
